Importance of a balance diat

 1.If we want to be healthy life we must maintain a balance diet.

2.A balance diet is a diet which consists of all the nutrients equally.

3There are Five major nutrients.They are carbohydrates,proteins,Vitamins,Minerals and facts.

4.A balanced diet gives us strength,grows our body and keeps us healthy and active.

5.Unfortunately,the life of the modern man has become busy and competitive.

6.So,People pay less attention to a proper balanced and nutritious meal.

7.Instead he tries to eat instant, easy to make food or pre cooked food.

8.Eating Green leaves,fruits and home grown vegetables has becomes old fashioned and people seems to have a big relish to eat oil cooked restaurant foods.

9.As a result conditions like obesity,high blood pressure and heart diseases have become common among people.

10.By taking a balance diet we will have the strength to study well and face any challenges in our lives.
